    POWER WATTS CLASS II - COACH LEAH PRUDHOMME

    Thursday Class 5:00 – 6:30 pm
    Train and gain by watts - Become a faster and more powerful cyclist AND

    If you are looking to truly improve your cycling, this is the class!

    Class Parameters
    - Class size limited to 12
    - Kinetic Trainers provided by Trailhead
    - Cyclists bring their bike, shoes and pedals
    - Power Computers required (see below)
    - Warm up starts at 4:45 pm
    - Class starts promptly at 5:00
    - 15 classes – Thursday evenings, schedule adjusting for Holidays.

    Class Fees
    $75.00 for a 15 week session
    Power Computer Options

    $70.00 / Reg. $80.00
    Kinetic Wired Power Computer
    Watts, Cadence, Speed, Distance, Time, Stopwatch

    $150.00 /Reg. $185.00
    Kinetic Wireless Power Computer
    Watts, Cadence, Speed, Distance, Time, Stopwatch
    Heart Rate, Calorie expenditure/Fat burn, Average
    Variables of all measurements, Back Light and
    Temperature.

    Trailhead Cycling and Fitness opens their doors all winter long for spin class.

    We gladly provide trainers.

    We ask (in addition to our nominal fees) that you respect the equipment and other riders.

    WHAT SHOULD iBRING?
    Please bring your bike
    (w/Kurt Kinetic bike computer)
    towels,
    cycling shoes,
    pedals,
    shorts and any cycling equipment that make your ride more comfortable...
    i.e. hydration & nutrition.

    iRideiNSIDe Waiver:

    Trailhead Cycling and Fitness asks for a signed medical waiver from each rider and expects each rider to understand the nature of this activity and believe each rider to be qualified, in good health and proper physical condition to participate in this activity.

    All fees are collected prior to class.
