Class Parameters
- Class size limited to 12
- Kinetic Trainers provided by Trailhead
- Cyclists bring their bike, shoes /pedals
- Power Computers required
- Warm up starts at 4:45 pm
- Class starts promptly at 5:00
- 15 classes – Thursday evenings, schedule
